Badaling Great Wall:

You can take the Line 919 bus to the Badaling Great Wall in Deshengmen. The cost is 12 rmb. This bus takes the high way and it only takes 50 minutes for the trip. “He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man.” Lots of travellers choose the Great Wall as the first priority for the Beijing travel. Usually, the Great Wall travel will take you 3 or 4 hours. If you wanna see the Ming Tombs too, there are some tips.

How to get to the Ming Tombs from the Badaling Great Wall?

There is a Line 919 bus (slow bus) station near the Zantianyou museum. This is the best place to take the bus to the Ming Tombs. Don’t take the yellow “Yinjian” bus. It is the unlicensed vehicle. The green and white bus is the real licensed city bus of Beijing. I once took a yellow “Yinjian” bus. They charged me 10 rmb (from Badaling Great Wall to Changpingxiguan) when I get on. I waited in the bus for half a hour and they were still waiting for other travellers in the bus station. I was getting angry and the driver finally started the engine. But they didn’t want to leave the Badaling Great Wall and the bus was still running in the Badaling Great Wall area. Maybe they were still waiting for more travellers to get on the bus. This is very common in China. These drivers are working for the private bus companies and they will not leave the bus station unless they get enough bus fares. I didn’t want to waste my time waiting in the bus and asked them to give my money back. They then dropped in another bus station. The station is about 20 minutes walk from the place I got on the bus! I had to walk back to the previous bus station. When I got on the real Line 919 bus, the bus fare is only 2 rmb (from Badaling Great Wall to Changpingxiguan).This is a horrible experience for me.(you can get more New York,Los Angeles,San Francisco, Chicago flights and airfares info at Travel2ChinaInfo Dot COM)

When you get off the Line 919 bus, there are 2 options to get to the Ming Tombs: (1). go east to the Zhengfujie Street and take the Line 314 bus or Changping Line 22 bus in the Changpingxiguan station. (2). go north to the Minghuanggong station and take the Line 22 bus. It is about 20 minutes drive from the Changpingxiguan station to the Ming Tombs. You will see the Shenlu in the way to the Ming Tombs.

In the slack season (11/01 to 03/31 of next year), the cost is: 40 rmb for Dingling Tomb, 30 rmb for Changling Tomb, 20 rmb for Zhaoling Tomb, 20 rmb for Shendao. In the peak season (04/01 to 10/31), the cost is: 60 rmb for Dingling Tomb, 45 rmb for Changling Tomb, 30 rmb for Zhaoling Tomb, 30 rmb for Shendao.(you can get more New York,Los Angeles,San Francisco, Chicago flights and airfares info at Travel2ChinaInfo Dot COM)

How to get back to Beijing from the Ming Tombs?

There are 2 options: (1). Take the Line 314 bus to the bus station named “Changpingdongguan”, then transfer to the Line 345 bus. The Line 345 bus can take you to the Deshenmeng West bus station. (2). Take the Line 22 bus to the station named “Chengpingxiguan”, then transfer to the Line 919 bus. The Line 919 bus can take you to the Deshengmen bus station.

Berlin brings to one’s min the great divide (or wall) that divided the city into two different political entities. However, the new rejuvenated and reunited Berlin is marching ahead into the future post millennium. It is casting itself as the most important new and modernistic city of Continental Europe.

Berlin’s dark past as Hitler’s capital of Nazi atrocities and as the capital of Cold War in the later years, has not escaped the psyche of the local population or the visitors. The popular opinion says that Berliners do not know where they are going, but know their past, and do not want to go back there. After being completely annihilated in the WW II bombings, Berlin has since optimistically rebuilt itself as a modern structure of glass and steel.

The scars still remain, mostly as a tourist attraction. For example the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church displays the shell of the bell tower that remains, in striking contrast to the modern church constructed to the west, fondly nicknamed “lipstick and powderbox” because of the design.

The contrast between East and West Berlin before the wall fell is still evident since East Berlin proud of its cultural heritage rebuilt its museums and churches whereas West Berlin built new museums and theatres. East and West are still coming together to form a whole Berlin and the process will take its time.

Berlin being the new German capital is living up to its reputation as the dynamic hub of continental Europe, with nightlife being the most exiting and wild. The city after accommodating the German Government as the seat of the new capital has undergone a major facelift with new streets, sky scrapers and rail lines at a whopping cost of more than 0 billion. Most of this has gone into the central district (Mitte) which houses glittering luxury hotels and shopping arcades. The effort in restoration of Unter den Linden to its pre war glory and Hotel Adlon, the most famous hotel in pre war Germany and Europe has been notable. The chic district of boutiques and cafes, the Prenzlauer Berg, had not faced the damage of WW II bombings and resoration of this part has been relatively easier. This flurry of restoration and activity has caused a spiraling effect in the real estate market with sharp increase in prices as well inconveniences of living around construction sites for Berliners. Most famous buildings of Berlin have been restored in this process. Reichstag got a new glass dome topped with the Eagle (national symbol) replacing the old imperial hunter. The Oranienburger Strasse synagogue

The Oranienburger Strasse synagogue (also known as Neue Synagoge Berlin-Centrum Judaicum/The New Synagogue), bombed beyond salvage by Allied bombers, has been restored to its old splendor. Likewise, Berlin Cathedral and the five state museums on Museum Island have been restored to their original glory. The natural beauty of Berlin has been enhanced with the few gardens and farms covering about 1/3rd of the total area, which further beautifies the city.

Detroit MI auto industry followers waited to see what the final sales numbers would turn out to be for the month of December and for the whole year. Most automakers saw an increase from sales numbers from the year before while others like Toyota are still trying to come back from a negative change in sales.

The biggest news for previous months’ sales data is the possibility of it changing from the Big Three to the Many Seven, according to some analysts. Hyundai Motor Co., who sold a record-making 500,000 vehicles in the U.S., which it has never done before, was very close to gaining 5 percent of the market share this year, but stopped shy at 3.91 percent. According to the Wall Street Journal, if Hyundai hits the 5 percent mark as the Korean automaker is predicted to, the U.S. market will have a dramatic shift from the time when the Detroit Three dominated the market and were the deciding factors of the industry’s movement.

The seven would be: General Motors, Ford, Toyota Motor Corp., Honda Motor Co., Chrysler, Nissan Motor Co. and Hyundai.

“I think it’s fair to say we are entering a new era,” said Jim Press, a former Toyota and Chrysler executive now working as a consultant to several vehicle makers, in a Wall Street Journal article. “You have a completely different situation when you have six or seven companies that are all established, with a significant customer base. It’s not like the old days when it was the Big Three and then all these little guys.”

Detroit MI automaker General Motors is still on top of the pack with 19.58 percent of the market followed by Ford with 16.61 percent of the market and Toyota in third place with 15.50 percent of the market. Honda beat out Chrysler with 11.32 percent to Chrysler’s 8.80 percent market share.

GM’s sales rose 8.5 percent from November with an overall 7.2 percent increase for the total year of 2010. It was an overall good year for GM as its IPO was extremely successful, earning it the title of largest IPO in history. This Detroit MI Big Three member is working its way back to its original glory.

The other two members of the Big Three did well as Ford increased 6.8 percent for December with total sales for the year almost 20 percent, and Chrysler saw a 16.4 percent climb in sales last month to complete a 16.5 percent increase this year.

Toyota ended another month with negative earnings in terms of the percentage of sales change from this time last year. For December there was a 5.5 percent fall in sales for Toyota as 2010 was a struggling year for this major automaker with so many recalls.

Hopefully the automotive industry is on its way to a full or at least a better recovery this year. The number project growth continuing positively, so only time will tell.

This astonishing structure is also known as a miniature Great Wall as it contains the greatest variety contained within one section of the wall. Huangyaguan Pass contains an array of watch towers along its walls and is the home to Phoenix Tower, which is the largest watch tower on the Great Wall. It also includes the magnificent Bagua Castle. The Huangyaguan Pass stretches 42 km s along the Great Wall with an average height of 700 meters, and offers you a spectacular view of the stunning mountains including cascading waterfalls and springs. There are lots of benefits to binary option traders as binary option trading has a whole lot of trading offers with very good return on investment (ROI). The method of trading I would be highlighting has a whole lot to do with hedging. Hedging is simply a way of placing opposite trades, like buying and selling a particular currency at a certain time. Lets take a look at the index NASDAQ. If for instance, you place a CALL option on NASDAQ worth 0 with a deadline of 12 hours. If the value of NASDAQ was 2560 at the time of purchase of the index and it moves 50 points(2610) in your favor after certain hours like say 4 hours, you would then hedge the trade with a PUT option at the 2560 price and set the deadline at the same time as the time of the CALL option initially placed. After the Put option is purchased, you have two possible outcomes.

1. Both options would win you profits if the price of NASDAQ ends between 2560 and 2610 at the expiry time. 2. You could also have one winning option and a loosing option meaning you have lost just a minute percentage of investment if the price of NASDAQ at the time of expiry is below 2560 or goes higher than 2610.

In calculation from the 0 option ( CALL + PUT) placed, If you won the option, you could be making about 81% if you are using a good binary option broker like WINOPTIONS and if both options does not go in your favour, you could loose only 10%.This is a very good way to rake in cash in binary options. Note, this system only works well if you have a trade that is successful already.
