“You’re never too old for a career change” is the message from Paul Anstis, founder and CEO of Arrive On Time Appliance Repair Franchise. He started his business 10 years ago at age 52,. “I left the aviation industry and wanted a more relaxed, flexible lifestyle. My Company now has 9 franchisees and we are implementing an expansion to cover NSW and the ACT”, he reports.
