Anymore, many people spend tons of money on weight loss programs that just don’t work…..to be honest about it.
So , Here’s a very simple daily regimen that you, or anyone can perform that will help you stay fit, and be a awesome exercise regimen.
5 minutes of warm ups – Walking in place
This will help your heart get ready for the more involved workout, proper warm up is needed, and in the long run it will help.
15 minutes of cardio activities – Pushups , Crunches, Arm Lifts
During this time, you will be doing approximately 5 pushups ( This is very easy for anyone) , then switch , do 5 crunches, then 15 arm lifts. Just lift you arms , from the 6 o’clock , to the 9 o’clock , to the 12′o clock and back down again. Complete this cycle for as long as you can , or 15 minutes.
5 minutes of cool down – Walking In place
Once again , cool down by walking slowly in place, this will help your heart cool down and will prevent any type of shock.
